Golf Groundskeeper

Job description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Cut, trim, edge, water lawns and flower beds; clean up, weed, plant, spread mulch; rake, blow leaves, fertilizing, digging, mowing, raking, pruning, core aerating, planting and transplanting, seeding and sodding of all golf course grounds lawns. Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs.

Minimum 35 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Multiple 8-hour shifts, with 30 minutes unpaid relief period, vary between 6:00am - 4:00pm. Sample shift 6:00am - 2:30pm. Shifts and work days may vary with occupancy and weather.

Special Requirements

Pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment, post-injury or incident drug test required, cost paid by employer. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application. Must be 18 years of age.
