Job description
Employees will be responsible for seasonal property maintenance, including leaf removal in
the fall, facility and site cleaning, and trash collection to ensure safety and sanitation. Duties
include debris removal after storms, removing snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking
areas using shovels or blowers, and spreading snow-melting chemicals as needed. Workers
will also manage and maintain snow removal equipment and ensure properties remain clear of
hazards. They will assist with post-flood cleanup, organize and prepare landscaping tools, and
condition and desalt machinery for the upcoming season.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing, walking on slippery surfaces, and navigating large areas. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling heavy
equipment. Climbing ladders, manual dexterity for handling tools, and operating machinery. Endurance for extended periods in various weather conditions, including cold and wet
environments.
