Job description

Duties: Responsible for contacting guests prior to arrival and offering pre-arrival service, greeting guests by name upon arrival and escorting them to their Casita, offering beverage and dining services, providing an overview of all facilities and available attractions, organizing and coordinating all dinners, events, and functions upon request, and assisting guests in unpacking, packing, and offering additional services including shoe polish, brush, press, perform minor repairs to clothing, as well as arranging dry cleaning. Will report directly to Casitas Operations Manager at Cheeca Lodge & Spa.

Requirements: Two (2) years of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.

Pay Rate: $18.44 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $27.66 per hour. Employees may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of performance-based pay. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.

Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM to 4:00PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
