Prep Cook

Job description

Grill, cook and fry items such as chicken, meats, seafood, vegetables as required. Prep quality and quantity of assigned food dishes. Responsible for kitchen supplies, food rotation, and labeling of time and date of food stored. Follow general food safety and sanitation guidelines as well as clean food prep areas, equipment and kitchen counters. Alert chef to equipment and maintenance guidelines.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week: Minimum of 35 hours per week (MEANING NO LESS THAN). Open 7-days a week. Shifts are 6am to 2pm; 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am. Must work weekends and holidays; days off vary.

Special Requirements

Must report to work on time with clean uniforms and maintain appearance according to Nemacolin policies and standards. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test at employer's expense.
