Lead Server

Job description

Lead Servers will be responsible for setting up the dining room, taking and placing customers orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, greeting guests, and cleaning and clearing tables. May supervise up to twenty-five (25) Dining Room Attendants.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 12:00pm to 7:00pm, or 4:00pm to 11 :00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
