Job description
Must successfully complete the Dealer Training School program and pass subsequent audition. Operate and deal table games. Learn and apply the game rules and casino policies. Provide guests with courteous superior customer service while promoting an entertaining environment. Provide gaming instructions to guests. Maintain an upbeat attitude and positive energy with guests.
Ability to count large sums of currency and exchange cash for table chips. Possess money handling skills. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and guidelines.
Shifts vary and range from 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 10am6pm, 11am-7pm, 1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. 35 hours per week. Christmas Bonus, position may receive tips, or gratuities and possible merit increases based upon company policy.
Wages: Training class - $20 per hour for training class. Tipped position: Base rate $5.25 per hour + tokes = $25 - $30 per hour. Guarantee wage of at least $19.43 per hour.
Special Requirements
Must have ability to count large sums of currency and exchange cash for table chips. Must possess money handling skills. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and guidelines. Must possess strong ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours shift, must be able to respond to visual and aural cues, must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must maintain a neat, professional appearance. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smoke. Must be 21 years of age or older.
