Job description

Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. The landscaping and groundskeeping duties are to be performed all within the Three Forks Ranch resort property land located at 1445 Carbon County Road 710, Savery, WY 82332, which includes the guest lodge and tree houses area; staff and owners housing areas; resort recreation and dining areas; and resort driveways, parking lots, and walkways. During the winter months, removes snow and ice using shovels, snow blowers, and snow mowers from walkways, verandas, porches, roofs, driveways, and other resort areas. Chops ice and packed snow, using pick or ice-chopper, to clear areas. May spread salt or thawing chemicals onto resort passageway or roadways. Clean and perform routine maintenance and/or repairs on snow removal equipment and tools when not in use. May also perform winter cleanup of leaves and other debris. During the spring/summer months will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools and equipment. Will perform a variety of tasks, which include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week (meaning no less than). Open 7-days a week. Shifts are 7am to 4pm. Must work weekends and holidays. Shift times and days off vary depending on need.

Special Requirements

Must carry 50lbs, when necessary. Must be willing to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
