Job description

The employees will be responsible for attending to live farm and ranch animals, including
cattle, by feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, receiving,
processing, and loading animals, as well as maintaining detailed health records, administering
medications, vaccinations, insecticides, cleaning and maintaining animal housing areas,
inspecting, maintaining, and repairing livestock facilities, equipment, buildings, pens, yards,
and fencing, replenishing mineral supplies, operating trucks and tractors for feed distribution
and forage production, moving livestock and equipment as needed, and managing pastures by
rotating livestock and breaking ice to ensure water access during freezing conditions.

Special Requirements

Extensive sitting or walking will be required.
Moderate cell phone use will be allowed while working, but only for business purposes.
Lifting requirement is to Feed bags, fuel jugs and other day to day objects.
