Job description
***RFI Response***
Light food preparation will include the following: baking and wrapping cookies, brownies, and other baked goods; constructing and packaging yogurt parfaits and grab 'n' go sandwiches; stocking pre-cut items such as onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and moving packaged precut items to a different container; and stocking freezer items such as, fries and chicken fingers.
The equipment used for light food preparation will be: kitchen utensils, such as spatulas, brownie cutters, and tongs.
***Original Duties***
Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using an industrial dish machine or by hand, returning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to proper storage areas, maintaining a clean work environment, removing kitchen waste, assisting with weekly cleaning in the kitchen, bussing tables in the dining room, and assisting with light food preparation. Dishwashers may be required to lift up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 8:00am – 3:00pm, or 9:00am – 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
