Job description
Perform commercial and residential snow/ice maintenance including winter storm clean-up, trash/organic debris pickup, and snow/ice removal. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow plows, snow blowers or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals. Clean and perform routine maintenance and/or minor repairs on equipment and tools when not in use. Entry level; requires supervision.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
