Job description
Worker will be required to perform job duties under SOC 53-7064 such as: Prepare/clear the orchard; Harvest and gather pecans; Pack or package pecans in bulk bags after cleaning; Place for shipment; Record tree maturity and bag numbers; Use hand tools such as pruning hooks, shears, shovels, and trowels to care for trees. Must speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.
