The employees will drive employer vehicles such as transit vans, GMC express vans, and regular pickup trucks with insulated boxes attached to the bed of the truck. All vehicles driven are less than 26,000 pounds.

Job Duties may include: loading and unloading of trucks; cutting and handling of bait; weighing and tagging of crawfish; washing of crawfish; obtaining/distributing crawfish; driving company trucks to deliver crawfish/seafood/product to customers to fulfill sales; maintaining records for sale/delivery invoices; water/ice down crawfish; place crawfish sacks on pallets by hand; preparing crawfish for processing; package/sack crawfish; move crawfish around plant by hand or pallet jack; maintaining records during work processes; pick/remove trash/foreign matter; prepare crawfish/product for market/sale; examine product to meet specifications; place crawfish in cooler/freezer; follow/apply food safety regulations and maintain records for crawfish processing; cleanup, sanitize, and maintain worksite and equipment
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
