Job description
We run a feedlot were we mix feed and feed cattle daily. We clean the cattle pens and on occasion we process cattle. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, work in extreme temperatures, mix feed, drive feed truck to distribute the feed, clean cattle pens, bed cattle pens, haul feed from pit to feedlot, help process cattle. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: pickups, cars, etc, tractors, loader, feed mixer, feed truck. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle. Must speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 100 lbs.
