Job description
OEWS; US Workers: MO: $28.05; H2A Workers: MO: $28.05.
Manual construction labor to erect on farm drying system, conveyors, transfers, tanks, warehouse using hammer, power drill, straps, ladders, screws, nails, bolts; use shovel and rake to level dirt for pouring concrete; pour footings and floors; assemble sheets of steel by following a set pattern; unloading, reassembling and connecting, including using hand tools, drying and milling equipment; replace bearings, flashing, sprockets, gears, and pullies; inspect and replace as needed; follow food safety guidelines and policies at all times; drive farm vehicle to haul off scraps and to obtain items like sheets of metal, steel beams.
Special Requirements
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
