Job description
We grow wheat, corn and soybeans and need seasonal help to operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crop (wheat, corn and soybeans). Routine repairs and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
Special Requirements
Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Require 3 months experience and a regular driver's license.
