Farm Labor Worker

Job description

Workers will plant, cultivate, and harvest broccoli and cabbage. Duties include field preparation, weeding, thinning, cutting, sorting produce in the field. Workers may also load harvested products and clean work areas and equipment. Work requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day in varying weather conditions.

Los trabajadores plantarán, cultivarán y cosecharán brócoli y repollo. Las labores incluyen preparación del campo, deshierbe, raleo, corte, selección del producto en el campo. También podrán cargar los productos cosechados y limpiar las áreas y equipos de trabajo. El trabajo requiere estar de pie, agacharse y levantar peso durante el día en diferentes condiciones climáticas.
