Job description

Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Attach implements to tractor; Drive and operate Farm
Machinery; Lubricate equipment; Maintain equipment; Operate towed equipment to spread
manure; Spread manure; Use Skid-steer loader; Apply fertilizers to crops; Clean and Maintain
grounds/facilities; Incidental Maintenance; Incidental equipment cleaning; Incidental repainting;
Changing oil as needed; Equipment Disassembly & Reassembly; Sanding/Grinding
Equipment:8330 JCB Tractors with JBS Manure spreaders, Front End wheel loaders, Track
skid steer loaders, Torch and welder to do general equipment repairs.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to
expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme
temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers
must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity,
