Job description
Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate crawfish boats; frequent stooping, repetitive movements and lifting traps from pond, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., deliver crawfish to crawfish plant, check for broken levees and repair if needed and working outside in inclement weather conditions. General upkeep & maintenance of farm & equipment; drive tractors. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. All tools, supplies & equipment are provided at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
