Job description
Twenty-Five (25) H-2A Workers ("Workers") will be needed to Cultivate, Pollinate, Prune, Thin, Trim, Harvest, Pick & Pack Lemon and other Fruit trees and their respective crops. Workers will perform agricultural and horticultural labor or services of a temporary or seasonal nature, including harvesting, picking & packing of lemons, and other fruit varieties.
Workers will work outdoors, Monday-Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm, in a variety of weather conditions including Arizona's heat. Workers must have 3 months' work experience and must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Employer will furnish, at no cost to Workers, all necessary tools, materials, supplies & equipment (collectively, "Tools") required by the work. Tools may include clippers, pruners, gloves, ladders, sleeves, shovels, saws and hoes.
