Job description
All the following job duties are subject to weather conditions, walking long distances in extreme hot, wet & cold temperatures.
General Farm Labor, Fence & Farm Maintenance: Employees will be offered general agricultural duties associated to farming such as clean-up of the farms, weeding, lawn maintenance and repair on fences, farm structures, and employer providing housing, it may be necessary the use and repairs on farm equipment and tools.
Employees must have the ability to understand and carry oral instructions; have the physical ability to perform various manual tasks, as well the ability to learn to use and/or operate light motor equipment, must have a good Spanish knowledge to communicate with coworkers.
Work is performed outdoors on all temperatures & weather exposure, extreme heat, rain, wind, cold & dusty conditions.
Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, extreme cold and extreme heat. Ability to do manual work requiring strenuous physical exertion; e.g. continuous walking, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Must be able to lift up and carry fifty (50) pounds over a distance often (10) feet or more.
Must be a team player who is willing to cooperate with others. Must be able to accept corrective criticism from supervisor.
The employer will provide the tools, equipment, materials, protective clothing, including gloves where required, to perform all job specifications without charge to the worker. The employer will charge the worker for reasonable costs related to the worker's refusal or negligent failure to return the tools or due to such worker's willful damage or destruction of the tools. Daily job assignments will be made by, and at the sole discretion of, the Company Farm Managers as the progression of the season dictates. locations. Workers may not switch work at Company locations without specific authorization of the Farm manager. At the direction of the Farm Manager and/or Supervisor workers may be re-assigned to different locations within the company at various times of the workday and/or on different days.

Drug/Alcohol Testing: EB Harvesting may conduct a drug test post-employment at the employer's expense.
