Job description

Employee will start of hauling grain then will need to assist with the raising of newborn calves and cattle. During the summer months employee will need to assist with other farm duties including repairing fences and farm buildings, working with livestock where duties include assisting with calving, weighing, castrating and cleaning housing areas. Doing record keeping, administering medications, giving vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate. Doing daily duties as well as cleaning and maintaining animal housing areas. Will operate tractors and equipment to assist in the seeding, planting and harvesting. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements

Require a high school diploma or GED, regular driver's license and 3 months experience.
