Job description

Duties include driving and operating farm machinery, such as tractors, for farm activities, moving augers to load trucks with corn and soybeans to be hauled for contracted deliveries.
They will haul materials, supplies, or crops to designated locations. All items hauled will be the property of the Employer, and there will be no commercial hauling done, so no CDL is required. Routine maintenance will be done on all trucks, equipment & grounds, including snow removal, to keep loading areas clear. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions.
Requirements:
- Employees have valid driver's licenses or will obtain one in 30 days.
- Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only.
- NO TEXTING.
- No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds. - No Educational level is required
- No drinking alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
- Must be able to read, understand, and speak English for record-keeping and safety reasons.
-Must have three months of tractor driving with a front loader and skid steer loader.
