Job description
Duties include cooking meals including soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foods in restaurant kitchen, selection and measuring of ingredients according to recipes, use of a variety of kitchen utensils, equipment and knife skills. Duties include butcher shop, keeping a clean line and clean kitchen.

Employer provided housing and 3 meals per day are available at a cost to the worker of $125.00 per week. Employer does provide transportation to and from work location during the term of employment if a worker rents housing from the employer. Use of company housing is not a condition of employment but if elected the employee will be asked to agree to have the rent deducted from their paycheck.
Workers will receive one free meal per shift and are entitled to a 25% discount at The Otesaga Resort gift shops.

ability to lift 40 lbs.
The days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling, but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off. 2 shifts are available: 9 am to 5:00 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. Hours per week will vary with business levels but will generally be 40 hours per week with some occasional overtime. The business is open 7 a days per week and weekend work will be required.
