Job description
Assist in various breeding programs including heat detections, pulling for artificial inseminating. Assist in care of cattle to include vaccinating, branding, feeding, treating sick animals. Clean and feed bunks and water troughs, mowing pastures, spraying weeds on building and fence maintenance - baling hay. Assist with growing, mowing, irrigating, and harvesting turf grass. Work times & schedules vary. Weekdays between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM, weekends 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Must be able to lift/or carry 50 lbs.
Special Requirements
This job requires 3 months of agricultural experience working on a cattle farm, handling both manual and mechanized tasks.
