Landscape and lawn maintenance, including tree planting, sod laying, mowing, mulching, trimming, planting shrubs and flowers, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Tree and bush pruning. All trimming will be performed from the ground only using hand tools such as hand pruners, lopping shears, hedge shears, pole pruners and pole saws, hand saws, and powered hedge trimmers (gas or electric). No climbing, ladder work, or use of aerial lifts is required. Spring and Fall clean-up, such as removing leaves and debris from landscaping beds, pruning shrubs and perennials, removing weeds and applying mulch to landscaping beds. Spring and fall clean up tools may include rakes, blowers, shovels, pitchforks, wheelbarrows, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and hand pruners. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Assists with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Drive trucks or other vehicles to or at work sites. Employees may be required to drive standard, non-commercial vehicles such as pickup trucks, vans, or similar vehicles. All vehicles operated will weigh 9,000 pounds or less and do not require a commercial driver’s license (CDL)

Special Requirements

Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license or be able to obtain driver's license in the U.S.
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. OT, Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Must be 18 or older. Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license or be able to obtain driver's license in the U.S.
