Job description

Job duties include the following, but are not limited to:
Drive and operate farm equipment for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting and harvesting grain and oilseed crops.
Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor.
Till soil, rock picking, plant and cultivate grain.
Tow harvesting equipment
Drive and operate self-propelled combine.
Manual labor - laying poly pipe, assist with irrigation of crops, drain excess water from crops, putting in rice spills and removing of rice spills.
Walking fields to remove weeds - chop with hoe or remove with hands.
General lubrication, service (check fluids) and perform incidental repair to farm machinery.
Maintain and clean agricultural building and yards.
Crops: hay, wheat, soybeans, rice and corn
