Job description

Prepare sites for receiving new crop and harvesting; prepare for seeding; prepare fertilizer; seed and plant corn and soybean; apply fertilizer and fungicide; harvest corn and soybean – 85% of the job hours are spent on doing all these duties.

Need to assist in repair and maintain the precision technology of farm operation and farm equipment; need to operate combine, sprayer, drier, grain legs and conveyors, rc cultivator, rotary hoe, tractor – only 15% of job hours are spent on these duties.

Special Requirements

3 months of farm training in precision agriculture, equipment maintenance, grain facility management. Background check will be conducted after hire at
the employers expense.
