Job description

Please note that the Employer will require a total of one hundred two (102) H-2A workers under this contract. Of these, sixty-two (62) H-2A workers will commence employment approximately on February 1, 2026, and the remaining forty (40) H-2A workers will commence employment approximately on May 15, 2026.

The number of workers and dates of staggered entry may change lightly due to weather, consulate availability, and domestic worker availability.

The work consists of harvesting strawberries, blackberries, melons, squash and peppers. Installation of irrigation systems, weeding with a long-handled hoe, pruning, trellis installing, vine training, planting, removal of vines, Installation of stakes and wire. Tractor work such as disking, cultivating and spraying. Installation of field greenhouse Structures (Tunnels).
The work is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 LBS. Must be able to stoop and bend for 8 hours a day.
