Job description
This application encompasses multiple start dates of need. The employer anticipates the following ranges of start dates in addition to the date listed in Section A.3:
Range start dates 1 - from : 02/02/2026 - 11/06/2026- 26 Workers
Range start dates 2 - from: 03/02/2026 - 11/06/2026- 25 workers
Range start dates 3 - from: 05/04/2026 - 11/06/2026 - 7 workers
Range start dates 4- from: 06/01/2026 - 11/06/2026 - 3 workers
These supplemental ranges of start dates be subject to change due to weather, crop and market conditions, and other factors.
Farm Equipment Operator 1- Job Description:
· Operate and maintain various types of farm equipment: Tractors, Trucks, Center Pivots, Loaders, Backhoe, Pilers, Skid Steers, Telehandlers, Hogs, Forklifts, Grater, Road Roller, irrigation equipment and other farm equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
· Operate farm equipment like tractor and other farm equipment for planting, tillage, cultivating and harvesting of organic and conventional crops and irrigation equipment.
· Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, mowers, or harvesters to tractors and others farm implements using bolts and hand tools.
· Assist mechanics to perform routine maintenance and repairs to equipment as needed and ensure that the farm equipment is in good working condition and adheres to all applicable safety rules.
· Maintain equipment used in agricultural production and fi eld preparation such as tractors, irrigationequipment, 4- wheelers, trucks, and other commonly used equipment in agriculture.
· Operate, monitor, maintain, and repair the irrigation equipment for a specifi ed area of the farm.Follow all applicable safety procedures.
· Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on irrigation equipment and other agricultural machinery.
· Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery.
