Job description

Servers will be responsible for providing friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for guests, greeting guests and assisting with escorting to table or ordering food and beverages at the counter, assisting with phone calls and reservations, preparing station for service prior to guest arrival, including supplying of side stands, setting and inspection of all tables for cleanliness and correctness of settings, serving food/beverage items according to resort standards/procedures, clearing and resetting tables, understanding and accurately describing restaurant food and beverage offerings to guests, informing culinary team of any food allergies, monitoring guest satisfaction frequently and anticipating needs, without requiring direction, communicating with other team members in order to deliver food in a timely manner, recording all orders accurately into Micros system and processing payments, properly obtaining completed guest checks, bearing all required information, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 4:30AM-11:30AM or 3:00PM-10:00-PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.

Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense.

Applicant must be at least 18 years or older to dispense or serve alcoholic beverages according to Georgia Law.
