Job description
Operating self-propelled equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or winnows crops such as hay, corn, barley, triticale; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; attaching using hand tools; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools; transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas, and transporting equipment and other tools used for harvesting from one field to another. Approximate staggered entry: 8 workers to begin Feb 5; 8 workers to begin March 15; 9 workers to begin April 20.
Special Requirements
Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
