Job description
We need employees to assist with row crop and irrigation, repair and maintain equipment and assist with cattle. The row crop and irrigation requirements include: daily monitoring of approximately 45 irrigation wells and 13 pivots. Employee will operate general farm equipment (tractor, wagon, skid steer, wheel loader, plowing and harvesting equipment). Employee will need to assist with castrating, branding, weighing, vaccinating and assist with receiving, loading, processing and shipping cattle on an as needed basis. Employee will be required to complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require a regular driver's license. Employee must be able to communicate in English.
