Job description
Employees will operate all kinds of farm equipment to assist with all aspect of planting, raising, harvesting, and hauling of crops. Job duties include but are not limited to operating equipment to plant corn, soybeans, wheat, milo and cotton, spray crops/fields (Insecticides, Herbicides, Fungicides), and operate equipment to harvest crops (combines, grain carts, farm-trucks, cotton strippers). Employees will need to assist with pivot irrigation systems including installing, repairing and maintenance. Employees will be required to do routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Operate mowers to mow around pivots, ditches and fields where needed. May be required to assist with swathing, mowing, raking and baling hay when applicable. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
Special Requirements
Job requires extensive sitting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular drivers license. We require 3 months experience.
