Job description

Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: tying ball and burlap twine; loading trucks; digging, staking, pruning, tarping, and strapping trees; mowing grass, weeding, field maintenance; general nursery work,planting, maintaining and harvesting miscellaneous vegetable and fruit
crops in field, other miscellaneous duties assigned. 30-60 minute meal break offered. Maybe required to work some Saturdays as needed & other related Farmworkers and Laborers
activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).

Possible weekend/holiday work.

Special Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 80lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Variable weather conditions may apply. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer. Employees are expected to keep employer-provided vehicles clean and free of trash. Workers may not post or remove notices, signs, or other instructions from the employers bulletin boards or the employers property without specific authorization from the employer.
