Job description
Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Maintain farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implement: such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Till the soil, plant, and cultivate grain.

Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
