Job description
Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Must be able to drive GPS auto steer tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate crop. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and incidental repair to farm machinery.Farming with: Corn, Milo, Rice, Soy Beans
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
