Job description
Workers will be performing the following duties: lay polypipe for irrigation, put spills in rice fields, unload/load grain trucks in and out of the grain bins, keep fields free and clear of debris, keep grain bins free and clear of debris, perform irrigation duties, shovel duties, and any other general farm labor duties that may be required on a multi-crop farm operation. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Drug tests may be administered to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. All work and safety rules must be followed.
Special Requirements
Verifiable experience on a grain farm. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination.
