Job description

Job requires operating small tractors, tractors and boats around and on ponds to position seine nets and sock nets used to capture fish, trucks, lawnmowers, and weed eaters. Job will also require loading seine nets; pulling seine nets; riding mud lines on seine nets; guiding movement of fish from crane scoop attachment to live tanks; and releasing fish from the scoop into live tanks; performing grounds maintenance; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; cleaning as needed around the shop and farmstead. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Special Requirements

Work on the farm requires a broad range of circumstances, employees may be loading trucks and/or clean the shop or sheds. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Cell phone use is not allowed at the worksite. Workers must have the ability to swim, and perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions.
