Job description
Perform duties on a farm such as drive and operate equipment for manure management.
Attach implements. Perform removal, loading, moving and application of manure. Repair and
maintain equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have
positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to
strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30
days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers
discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job
