Job description
Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store
grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and
cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine & silage
cutting machine. Perform a variety of duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery
and driving trucks to haul crops, supplies tools, or farm workers. Maintain truck and paperwork
concerning truck.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the
liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures.
Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is
mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must
