Job description
We need seasonal help to plant crops, harvest silage/grain and bail straw from the middle of February to December. Employees will operate self-propelled combines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Service machinery make in field repairs and washes equipment. Employees will also need to do yard-work such as mowing grass and trimming trees. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
Special Requirements
Requires a regular driver's license and 3 months experience.
