Job description
Perform a variety of client services tasks at a hotel/resort property. Duties include greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests, park vehicles for customers, carrying luggage to rooms, greeting customers at recreational activities on property and provide towels/refreshments, making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 30lbs, when necessary. Work schedule will vary and will include days, evenings, holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm, 2:00pm to 11:00pm, 11:00pm - 8:00am. Shift hours may vary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
