The job requires an experienced individual with a minimum of 12 months’ prior experience operating agricultural equipment in a commercial farming environment, as the worker will be involved in time-sensitive and machinery-intensive tasks critical to the farm’s productivity during the contract period. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
