Job description

Total workers needed: 8 over 2 staggered start dates.
Staggered arrival dates:
Group 1: 3 workers on or about 2-27-26
Group 2: 5 workers on or about 3-9-26
Duration of employment: 2-23-26 to 5-20-26

Workers will be required to perform a variety of duties related to the production of alfalfa, watermelon, cantaloupe, pumpkins, beans, winter squash, corn, grain, potatoes, sugar beets, sweet corn, ornamental and shade trees, shrubs and perennials for the majority of the workdays in the overall contract period, commensurate with the duties encompassed within the five SOC Codes comprising the field and livestock workers (combined) category.

Special Requirements

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight, 2 months of relevant hands-on experience, able to maintain a fast work pace with a low error rate, follows detailed instructions accurately, requires supervisory guidance on next steps, and provide the contact information of at least one reference who can verify experience and performance. Applicants hired must be able to obtain a valid drivers license as driving on public roads may be required and must be able to meet driving requirements/specification as set forth by Jentzsch Kearl auto insurance.
