Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Duties include: Employees will operate tractors with designated towing equipment to furrow the ground to prepare for planting. Land rollers are to be used for rolling all types of beans after planting. They will deliver materials, supplies, or equipment to designated locations owned or controlled by the employer. Routine maintenance will be performed on all equipment, including repairs as needed, as well as on structures and grounds.

Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level is required.

Requirements:
- Employees have valid driver's licenses or must obtain one in 30 days.

- No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds.
- No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
- Must be able to read, understand, and speak English for record-keeping and safety reasons.
- No Educational level is required.
- Must have three months of tractor driving experience with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand computerized monitors.
