Job description
Various duties as assigned, such as cleaning and maintaining common areas/dishes, overnight guest rooms, grounds and bathrooms, changing/cleaning bed linens/towels, etc., vacuuming, removing trash, dusting, replacing shampoo/soap, etc., general cleaning/room assistance, waste disposal, delivering guest requests to rooms, etc.; and various front desk clerk duties as needed, including answering phones, greeting, registering, and assigning guests to rooms, issuing keys, handling luggage, processing payments, handling customer complaints and requests, and making and confirming reservations.
Special Requirements
*F.a.5 A-H and F.a.6a: Please note that Balance Rock Inn does not close during the tourist season and multiple shifts are available to cover the entirety of the day. A typical week consists of 36-40 hours with 1-2 days off (varying).
