Job description
The construction helper will assist with various tasks at the worksite, including: preparing, cleaning, and organizing the work area; loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment; mixing concrete, mortar, or other construction materials; assisting masons, carpenters, and other trades in the installation and repair of structures; assembling and disassembling scaffolding and other temporary structures; measuring, cutting, and adjusting materials as instructed; basic use of hand and power tools; collecting and disposing of debris; and strictly following all safety regulations and established procedures on the job site.
Special Requirements
Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and using basic hand tools. Must follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions. No experience, licenses, or certifications required.
