Job description
Assist with daily agricultural feedyard operations to ensure the proper care, feeding and
handling of cattle. This position involves manual labor performed outdoors in varying weather
conditions and requires adherence to established animal welfare, safety, and operational
procedures. Duties include cleaning and maintaining cattle pens, feed bunks, water tanks and
surrounding work areas. The worker operates agricultural equipment and machinery as
assigned, including tractors, sked steers, feed trucks and related equipment. Agricultural crops
associated with this position include corn and silage. Must have a minimum of 3 months of
experience working with cattle. Must be able to pass a drug test, which will be provided and
paid for by the employer. Failure to pass the required drug test may result in termination of
employment in accordance with company policy
