Job description
We have a corn and soybean farm operation. Employees will be required to perform any and all daily activities related to corn and soybean farm operation. Such as helping with planting, harvesting, irrigating, spraying, mowing, shop work, maintenance on equipment and service work. Employees will need to operate equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines, trucks and other farm equipment. Farm repair welding and farm equipment maintenance experience required. Employees will also help around the grain elevators, augers and dump trucks. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
Special Requirements
Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must have a regular driver's license. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require 3 months experience.
