Job description

Crops: onions, peas, strawberries, lettuce, cole crops, tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkins, corn, melons, peppers, assorted other vegetables, peaches, cherries, apples and pears.
Duties on these Crops: planting, maintaining, staking, pruning, thinning, hoeing, hedging, picking and sorting.

Qualifications: Must be able to work outdoors in dusty and dirty conditions, in extremes of heat and cold, and in inclement weather. Must be able to crouch, bend, and sit on ground, reach and lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be able to listen, understand, and follow simple instructions of field operations leaders and supervisors. The job requires three months (or 480 hours) of verifiable experience.
